Job Description

Call Management: Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.

Inquiry Resolution: Act as a product expert to guide customers through their queries, providing detailed information on pricing, availability, and specifications.

Order Booking: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system, ensuring all details (quantities, addresses, and payment terms) are correct.

Lead Following: Follow up with potential customers who have made inquiries but haven't yet booked to encourage conversion.

Problem Solving: Address customer complaints or shipping delays with patience and provide timely solutions or escalations.
