Job Title: Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Relations Officers (GROs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring smooth customer experience, and maintaining service standards at the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a polite and professional manner
- Manage reception/front desk operations
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with operations and floor staff for smooth guest flow
- Ensure proper queue management and guest guidance
- Maintain cleanliness and decorum at the reception area
- Follow company SOPs, policies, and shift schedules
- Support in handling customer feedback and basic complaints
Eligibility Criteria:
- Male & Female candidates can apply
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Pleasant personality with customer-friendly attitude
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage
Shift & Work Details:
- Rotational shifts
