Job Description
Key HR Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Developing hiring strategies, writing job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding/offboarding.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee complaints, mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and improving morale.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, managing health insurance, bonuses, and leave policies.
- Performance & Training: Developing performance appraisal systems and organizing training and development activities.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, maintaining employee records, and developing company policies. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal/written skills for dealing with staff at all levels.
