Job Description

Employee Data & Records: Maintain physical and digital employee files, manage employment contracts, and update HR Management Systems (HRIS/HRMS)

Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job vacancies, schedule interviews, process background checks, and conduct new-hire orientation and documentation.

Payroll & Benefits Support: Compile attendance and leave records for payroll processing, and help administer benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.

Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures align with regional labor laws, maintain statutory registers, and assist with labor audits.

Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact to resolve employee queries regarding leave policies, payslips, and company guidelines

Office Management: Oversee daily operations, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate facility maintenance and equipment repairs.

Scheduling & Travel: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and handle travel logistics.

Documentation & Data Entry: Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and presentations. Create and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.

Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries; answer phones, greet visitors, and manage company correspondence.

Cross-Functional Support: Assist other departments (e.g., HR, Finance) with onboarding, record-keeping, and event planning.
