HR Executive

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordination, selection, and offer management.
• Handle end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, joining formalities, induction, and HRMS updates.
• Process and manage monthly payroll accurately, ensuring timely salary processing and statutory deductions.
• Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related HR reports.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee databases, personnel files, HR records, and other documentation.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities to promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Address employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
• Participate in management review meetings, document key decisions, and monitor the progress and completion of action items across teams.

🎯 Requirements:

Proven experience in Recruitment, Payroll & HR Operations

Good knowledge of HR policies and labor compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
