Job Description
Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Work From Office.
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: Upto 10,000
- Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in posting job openings across various platforms.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Requirements:Graduate .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Perks:Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
- Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).
