Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Executive
Location: Mumbai – Marine Lines
Company: Insurance Broking Firm
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire Field Sales Executives across PAN India
- Source CVs from multiple job portals and databases
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective candidates
- Engage, convince, and screen candidates over calls
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable profiles
- Coordinate and schedule telephonic/virtual interviews with respective HODs
- Maintain candidate records, documentation, and recruitment trackers
- Handle background verification and joining formalities
- Draft and send offer letters
- Manage post-recruitment follow-ups and onboarding
