Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update the ATS/MIS regularly.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Telesales/Bulk Hiring preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
