Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.

Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (In-house or Staffing Agency).

Experience hiring for Agri Business, BFSI, B2B, or B2C/E-commerce (Apparel) roles will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
