Job Title: Recruiter / HR Recruiter

Location: Lower Parel East

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to identify the right talent, and experience handling multiple roles across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

Communicate with candidates regarding job roles, salary, and company policies

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment/HR

Experience in bulk hiring and/or tech hiring is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Skills:

Good negotiation and convincing skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
