Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle for temporary or contract roles.
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards (Naukri, Indeed), and referrals, conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate skills and fit.
- Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing regular status updates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers or clients to define staffing needs, required skills, and contract terms.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Handle necessary paperwork, background checks, and onboarding for new hires.
