Hiring – Client Acquisition Specialist (BFSI/NBFC Hiring Partnerships)
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 Years

Role Responsibilities:
• Acquire BFSI/NBFC clients for white-collar hiring partnerships
• Generate recruitment mandates and business opportunities
• Connect with HR & Talent Acquisition teams
• Handle client coordination and commercial discussions
• Work on CTC-based payout hiring model
