🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate

💵 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (In-Hand) + Monthly & Quarterly Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end lateral hiring
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Handling job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups
- Closing positions within timelines
