HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.

• Prepare and send offer letters and appointment letters.

• Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.

• Assist in coordinating training programs for new joiners and existing employees.

• Maintain and verify employee documentation (joining forms, KYC, records, etc.).

• Update and manage HR databases and employee records.

• Monitor day to day attendance from the HR application

• Support in processing salary to senior HR manager

• Support other HR-related activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in BCOM, HR, Management, or related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using job portals and HR software.

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations is an advantage.
