HR Recruiter

An HR Recruiter at *Bayleaf HR Solutions* is responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for various sectors by using online job portals and innovative strategies. The role involves coordinating interviews, communicating with clients about qualified candidates, and maintaining positive relationships with both candidates and clients. Key qualifications include a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience and strong online sourcing abilities

 RESPONSIBILTIES :-

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to senior roles across multiple functions, IT and Non IT Industry

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities 

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, including proactive sourcing and pipeline building 

Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking 

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, culture fit, and potential Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing guidance to hiring panels Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and negotiations 

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate conversion rates 

Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process 

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts Mentor junior recruiters or coordinators as needed 

Stay current on recruiting trends, market intelligence, and best practices
