HR Recruiter Fresher / Intern

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the company’s hiring needs. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment and be comfortable assisting with basic HR operations tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities -

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain hiring trackers
• Post jobs on hiring platforms and ensure timely closures
• Build a pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements
• Support onboarding documentation for new hires
• Assist with basic HR operational tasks such as employee records, joining formalities, and HR coordination as needed

Requirements -

• Minimum 0.5 years (6 months) of recruitment experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Willing to handle recruitment as the primary responsibility (90%) and support HR operations when required
