Job Description
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination)
Handle end-to-end onboarding (documentation, joining formalities, induction)
Process and manage monthly payroll accurately
Maintain attendance & leave records
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies & compliance
Maintain employee database and HR documentation
Handle employee engagement activities and queries
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
🎯 Requirements:
Proven experience in Recruitment, Payroll & HR Operations
Good knowledge of HR policies and labor compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
