Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – HSBC CBB
Process: Outbound Process
Openings: 50
Eligibility: HSC with 6+ months of experience
Communication: Excellent communication skills required
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Salary:
- Category B+: ₹20,500 CTC | ₹16,000 In-hand
- Category A: ₹24,270 CTC | ₹19,000 In-hand
- Role: Handle outbound customer calls, assist customers, generate leads and ensure quality customer interactions while achieving process targets.
