Job Description
Kataria Business Insurance has a vacancy for a Sales Manager (Team Leader) – Mediclaim & Motor Insurance.
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Mumbai, Marine Lines
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the PAN India CRO team for cross-selling Mediclaim and Motor insurance.
- Do cold calling from the database and convert leads into the sale.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales penetration among jewellery retailers, textile traders, and manufacturing units.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets through effective monitoring, coaching, and performance evaluation of CROs.
- Coordinate with operations and claims teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Train and motivate the team on product knowledge, objection handling, and customer engagement.
