Urgent Hiring for BPO Industry in Debt collection Process
Location-Powai(Mumbai)
Mode- Work from office/ Remote

Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
- Customer Contact: Initiate outbound and receive inbound calls to discuss past-due accounts and negotiate debt resolution or payment schedules.
- Problem Solving: Listen to customers' financial situations and offer customized solutions or hardship programs while protecting the client's brand.
- Documentation: Accurately update account statuses, payment arrangements, and customer records in the database.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), internal compliance policies, and state/federal regulations.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal negotiation and de-escalation skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with navigation and data entry across multiple database systems.
- Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service or call center experience preferred. [1, 2]
