Job Description
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹21,000 per month
We are looking for a responsible and organised Packaging & Dispatch Supervisor to manage a team of 6 people handling website orders, packaging and shipping.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the packaging and dispatch team
- Manage daily website orders and ensure timely processing
- Check products, quantities, packaging quality and shipping labels
- Coordinate with courier partners for order pickups
- Track pending, dispatched and returned orders
- Maintain packaging material and stock records
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor daily performance
- Ensure orders are packed safely and accurately
- Handle basic customer or internal order-related coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the packaging area
- RequirementsGood communication skills
- Good team management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage daily workload and deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in packaging, warehouse, dispatch or e-commerce operations will be preferred
- Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
