About the Project

Free Mind Project is launching an experimental online meditation class program. As Operations Executive, you keep the engine running — managing daily workflows and resolving process gaps.This is a role for someone who likes building systems in a fast-paced startup setup.

What you'll do

·       Track daily operations: schedules, tasks, and SOP adherence

·       Coordinate between teams to resolve bottlenecks fast

·       Monitor tech setup for online classes (Zoom links, access, basic troubleshooting)

·       Prepare weekly ops reports and flag process issues

Requirements

·       Graduate in any stream — BMS, BBA, BCom.

·       0–2 years in operations, admin, office management, or process coordination

·       Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Zoom/Meet — ability to learn new tools fast

·       Clear and professional communicator, written and verbal

Important Conditions

·       Work From Office is mandatory — on-site presence required every working day

·       Candidates must bring their own laptop

·       This is an operations support role — you are managing the delivery layer, not teaching

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month
