Hi! We’re NovaRyd, building a low-cost, fully electric auto-rickshaw ride-hailing network in Mumbai.
We’re hiring an Operations & Strategy Manager (on-site, Chembur) to run the day-to-day pilot operations.
Key details
Location: Chembur, Mumbai (on-site, daily)
• Start date: Mid-February 2026
• Pay: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
• Languages: English + Hindi required | Marathi is a bonus
What you’ll do
Driver ops: shift scheduling, attendance tracking, daily monitoring, issue resolution
• Vehicle ops: charging schedules, readiness checks, coordinating maintenance/repairs, reducing downtime
• Keep simple trackers (Sheets/Excel), create/maintain basic SOPs, handle whatever ops needs to keep things running
Who this suits
Someone practical, organised, and comfortable being on-ground (not a desk-only role). Startup mindset: you’ll wear multiple hats.
