Job Role – Order Processing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage daily orders accurately through the order management system.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order dispatch.
- Liaise with courier partners for shipment tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
- Manage order status, returns, cancellations, and customer queries related to shipments.
- Handle inventory coordination and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor and update orders across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily order processing reports.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Order Processing, Warehouse Operations, or E-commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse handling and order fulfillment.
- Good coordination skills with courier and logistics teams.
- Knowledge of e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
- Experience using order processing/ERP software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
