Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the leadership team at Shripad PMS. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling administrative responsibilities, coordinating schedules, managing communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced stock trading and portfolio management environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules
  • Handle internal and external communication professionally
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records/documents
  • Assist in travel planning, hotel bookings, and itinerary management
  • Support administrative and operational tasks for the management team
  • Follow up on important tasks, deadlines, and business activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
  • Coordinate with different departments and team members for smooth workflow
  • Handle basic data management and documentation work
  • Provide on-ground support during meetings, events, and office activities
  • Candidate RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic administrative tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Professional attitude and presentable personality
  • Prior experience in administrative or assistant roles is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Travel RequirementThe company has an office in Pune, and the selected candidate will be required to travel to the Pune office with the team once every month. All travelling expenses and other related expenses will be fully covered by the company.
