Hiring for Organisation: Nimaya Foundation (https://www.nimaya.in/)
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Full-time, Hybrid
Engagement Period: 3 months (with possibility of extension)

Do you want to drive a next-generation placement engine that helps a farmer’s daughter land a role at a forward-looking startup?
Most placement systems today are broken. They rely on resumes and mass applications but at Nimaya, we are building something different, something that goes far beyond resumes and lengthy cover letters.
Our placement approach focuses on:
- Proof of work (portfolios, live projects)
- Visibility (LinkedIn, video introductions)
- Clarity (storytelling and communication)
- Market engagement (outreach, conversations, interviews)
As Placement Outcomes Manager, you will own this entire journey helping young naaris become placement ready and convert opportunities into meaningful outcomes.

Co-founded by Navya Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty, Nimaya is a future-ready not-for-profit that empowers young women from socio-economic barriers to thrive in the future of work. We are on a mission to ensure our naaris have an edge in leveraging AI at work instead of being at risk of being replaced by it.

Our work is supported by partnerships with leading institutions, including the Government of India’s- YuvaAI Mission.
Background
- 2–4 years of experience in placements, recruitment or other client-facing roles
- Experience working with early-career talent, students, or training programs is a plus
- Strong interest in careers, future of work, and skill development
- Is up to date with current hiring and recruitment trends
- Has a strong interest in and awareness of developments in AI and the future of work
- Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, digital tools, and basic content creation

- Ensure every naari exits with strong portfolios and communication skills
- 2. Drive Placement OutcomesSupport naaris in successfully applying for:
- Jobs
- Remote and in-person internships
- Field opportunities
- Track and improve:
- Interview feedback
- Conversion rates
- 3. Enable Interview & GD ReadinessConduct and manage:
- Mock interviews
- Group discussions
- Train naaris to:
- Think clearly
- Communicate confidently
- Approach interviews as conversations
- 4. Strengthen Visibility & PositioningGuide naaris on:
- LinkedIn presence
- Personal branding
- Ensure they stand out in a competitive market
- 5. Lead Outreach & Opportunity CreationBuild systems for:
- Cold outreach
- Networking
- Employer engagement
- Identify and onboard:
- Hiring partners
- Startups and new-age employers
- 6. Track, Measure, and Improve OutcomesBuild and maintain placement data on Nimaya LMS
- Track:

- Applications
- Interviews
- Offers
- Continuously refine the placement strategy based on insights
