📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Handle vendor and supplier coordination for IT hardware procurement

✅ Collect, compare, and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors

✅ Support price negotiation and streamline purchase coordination

✅ Follow up with vendors on order status, delivery timelines & escalations

✅ Maintain accurate purchase records, MIS reports & procurement documentation

✅ Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Admin) for procurement processes

✅ Perform basic computer operations and MS Excel tasks for data management

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

🔸 Minimum 3 years experience in Purchase / Procurement (IT Hardware preferred)

🔸 Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills

🔸 Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations

🔸 Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records

🔸 Responsible, professional and self-motivated attitude
