Job Description
Square Yards is hiring energetic and result-driven Associates to join our sales team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate, customer engagement, and target-based performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements through outbound calls and recommend suitable properties
- Coordinate and conduct site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with good negotiation skills

- Graduate in any discipline (real estate experience is a plus)
