Insurance Sales Executive

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and networking

 Explain and promote company insurance plans clearly to clients

 Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

 Build and maintain strong client relationships

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Handle client queries and provide after-sales support

 Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

 Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

 Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

 Prior experience in sales, especially insurance or financial products, is an advantage

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Self-motivated and target-driven

 Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai

 Basic understanding of insurance products (training provided)
