Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Draft and manage offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with performance appraisal coordination and tracking
  • Help draft internal communications and HR announcements
  • Support day-to-day administrative and HR operational tasks
