Job Description

Experience: 3-4Years (GCC / International Recruitment)

Location: Vijaywada / Remote

Industry: GCC / International Recruitment / Staffing

Employment Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate recruitment activities for Gulf and international clients across various industries.

Should have exp of GCC / International Recruitment entire Process .

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Vendor Coordination, job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Coordinate with recruitment vendors, sourcing partners, and manpower suppliers to obtain suitable candidate profiles.

Prepare and manage recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and status updates.

Verify candidate documents, qualifications, and employment records.

Coordinate trade tests, client interviews, and selection processes. Assist in processing visa documentation, medical requirements, and deployment formalities. Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Coordinate with overseas clients regarding manpower requirements and recruitment timelines.

Ensure compliance with company policies and international recruitment regulations.

Support mobilization and onboarding activities for selected candidates.


Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in Gulf or international recruitment.

Experience working with recruitment agencies or overseas manpower consultancy firms.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

Knowledge of Gulf recruitment procedures, visa processes, and deployment documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and recruitment software/ATS systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Preferred Skills:


Experience recruiting for sectors such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Engineering.

Familiarity with Gulf labor market requirements and international hiring practices.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of job portals and social recruiting platforms.
