Job Summary:The Retail Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product recommendations to enhance the overall shopping experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and offers
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
• Handle billing and POS operations accurately
• Manage customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
