About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious go-getter ready to launch their career in performance media sales. You’ll support the sales team, learn the business end-to-end, and start building your own client relationships — across paid search, programmatic, and social advertising.
As Sales Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our sales team and clients — helping drive new business, coordinating campaigns, and learning the mechanics of performance advertising from the ground up. This is a high-growth, incentive-driven role built for a young professional with hunger to succeed. You’ll be mentored by senior sales leads while owning your own client interactions from day one.

Core Responsibilities
Sales Support & Lead Generation
1. Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying new leads across digital advertising and media verticals
2. Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead, contact, and pipeline information on a daily basis
3. Support outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate meetings for senior sales managers
4. Help build outreach cadences targeting brand marketers, performance leads, and media agency contacts
Client & Campaign Coordination
5. Coordinate with internal campaign and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
6. Prepare proposals, presentations, and media kits tailored to client briefs under senior guidance
7. Act as a point of contact for existing clients — managing follow-ups, sharing reports, and resolving queries
8. Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular client-facing performance summaries
Reporting & Team Support
9. Compile weekly sales reports, pipeline dashboards, and activity trackers for the sales manager
10. Coordinate with finance for invoicing, purchase orders, and collections follow-up
11. Research market trends, competitor activity, and prospect intel to support the sales team’s outreach
12. Attend client calls and pitch meetings to learn, take notes, and gradually build independent relationships
