All India Strength Wars (AISW), based in Mumbai, is a pioneer in calisthenics and strength training with dedicated gyms in Kandivali, Ghatkopar, and Andheri. Since its inception in 2018, AISW is a start-up offering structured bodyweight training programs, focusing on building strength, endurance, and discipline via progressive skill development. Beyond providing comprehensive fitness programs, AISW champions the street workout culture and organizes national-level calisthenics championships, fostering competitive opportunities for athletes. With a mission to make strength training accessible and sustainable, AISW emphasizes proper coaching, measurable progress, and long-term growth in the fitness journey.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. We’re looking for individuals who can take initiative, manage enquiries independently, and contribute to the growth of one of India’s fast-growing fitness communities.
📍 Locations: Kandivali East, Andheri West
💰 Salary + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and closing sales enquiries effectively
- Handling telephonic and face-to-face client enquiries
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Telecalling and following up on sales leads
- Creating and managing online and offline enquiries
- Maintaining public relations with existing clients and members
- Presenting AISW services professionally and confidently
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth
- Requirements: Min 6 months of experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and enquiries efficiently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
- Candidates should be based in or around Mumbai and within commutable distance to Kandivali East and Andheri West.
