Job Description
Position Name :- Sales Trainer
Experience Required :- 2 to 3 years of Training or Sales
Qualification :- Must be a graduate
Location :- Mumbai
Working Days :- 6 Days Working
Payroll:- Third Party Payroll(Quess corp ltd)
Roles & Responsibilities:-
✅Conduct Classroom Induction for 03 days for New Hires
✅Refresher Training of New Hires and Vintage Executives
✅On Job Training with New Hires
✅New Hire Productivity Tracking with Sales
✅Schedule trainings & maintain sales productivity and drive numbers
✅ Conduct refresher training where & when required
✅Must be open for Travel
✅Should have sound knowledge of Excel/MS-Office and Email writing
✅Must be presentable and able to give presentations, stand & deliver
✅Good Communication skills, regional language proficiency is preferred.
Salary- 25k -35k in hand+ PF + insurance + lucrative incentives + travel allowance
