We are hiring a Senior Admission Counsellor who will connect with potential learners, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable upGrad programs. You will play a key role in converting leads into enrollments by scheduling and managing counselling sessions.

Connect with assigned leads via auto dialer
Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, and requirements �

Build strong rapport and trust with learners
Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions
Coordinate between learners and counsellors
Maintain records in CRM and ensure follow-ups
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2+ years of EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred) �

Proven track record of achieving targets
