Job Description: 

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing, attracting, talented candidates for various non-IT BFSI roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, a strong understanding of BFSI sector requirements, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.  

- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.  

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.  

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role-specific needs.  

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.  

- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.  

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.  

- Keep abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks in BFSI sector.  

- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:  

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in BFSI non-IT domains.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Strong understanding of BFSI sector roles and requirements.  

- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.  

- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.  

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

working Day :

MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 9 to 6 

SATURDAY - 9 to 1:30 ( wfh) 

3rd saturday & sunday holiday
