Site Supervisor

1. Site Operations & Work Management

·      Ensure all site work is done as per provided site SOP and project requirements.

·      Manage daily site activities.

·      Supervise labour works.

·      Maintain work quality and discipline on site.

·      Attend Site Meetings, Record Minutes of Meetings and Execute on site accordingly.

·      Visit sites for new enquiries when required.

2. Measurement & Billing Work

·      Check measurement sheets with quoted quantities and completed work on site.

·       Maintain daily work measurement records.

·       prepare final measurement sheets for billing.

·       Get them checked and signed by the client or client representative.

3. Material & Inventory Management

·      Maintain and manage material stock on site and keep records of material usage and requirements.

·      Handle tools and tackle inventory, arrange required materials and labour, and maintain transport and expense records.

4. DPR, Documentation & Social Media

·      Submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the office every day including labour attendance, material stock, transport details, expenses, and completed work records.

·      Maintain proper site documentation by taking photos and videos of work progress, site activities, and completed work for records and social media updates.

Note: Company is in growing phase, the role specifications would more or less be as mentioned here but there can be modifications according to the needs of the company to accommodate new changes.
