Team Leader

Job Summary

The Bulk Hiring Team Leader manages a team of recruiters to deliver high-volume staffing solutions for clients. This role drives sourcing strategies, monitors daily performance metrics, and ensures rapid fulfillment of large-scale hiring mandates (e.g., BPO, retail, logistics, or manufacturing sectors) while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Delivery Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 volume recruiters. 

Allocate daily/weekly sourcing targets based on open mandates.

Monitor recruiter pipelines to ensure a steady flow of candidates.

Drive team performance to meet strict project deadlines.

Sourcing & StrategyDesign sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and campus drives.Implement community-based sourcing and vendor networks for sub-contracting.

Analyze recruitment data to optimize channel conversion rates.

Step in to hands-on recruit for critical or lagging bulk mandates

Client & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with client account managers to understand hiring forecasts.

Calibrate candidate profiles with clients to align on selection criteria.

Present daily/weekly fulfillment reports and pipeline trackers to leadership.Address escalations regarding candidate drop-outs or joining delays
