Job Description
Experience :-
2–5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Employee Documentation Management.
Experience in Facility Management, Aviation, Engineering, Security Services, Logistics, or Staffing Industry preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and support staff positions.
· Understand manpower requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
· Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Issuing Uniform and ID to employees and collect from left employees
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
· Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining communications.
· Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future manpower requirements.
· Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within agreed timelines.
Employee Documentation & HR Operations
· Verify and collect employee documents during onboarding.
· Maintain employee personal files and digital records.
· Ensure completion of KYC documents, educational certificates, experience certificates, and statutory documentation.
· Coordinate with employees and site teams for pending documentation.
· Maintain documentation trackers and update employee records regularly.
· Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of employee records.
· Handle documentation related to PF, ESIC, Insurance, Medical Fitness, Background Verification, and other statutory requirements.
· Ensure all employee records are maintained as per company policies and compliance requirements.
· Support internal and external audits by providing required employee documents.
· Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
MIS & Reporting
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and documentation status reports.
· Track recruitment metrics, joining status, and pending documentation cases.
· Submit reports to management for review and decision-making.
