Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment documentation.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and employee documentation.
  • Manage joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
  • Support statutory compliance activities and employee file management.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training programs.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

HR Reporting

  • Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
  • Track recruitment status, attrition, attendance, and manpower reports.
  • Maintain organizational charts and employee records.

Executive Support

  • Manage the MD/CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and track action points.
  • Screen calls, emails, inquiries, and correspondence on behalf of management.

Communication & Coordination

  • Draft emails, letters, presentations, SOPs, policies, and business communications.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and business associates.
  • Follow up with department heads on management directives and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidential records and executive documents.

Business Administration

  • Prepare management reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Assist in special projects, research assignments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for management.
  • Track executive expenses, reimbursements, and supporting documents.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client submissions.
  • Proofread business documents and presentations before submission.
  • Maintain company credentials, project references, and marketing information.
  • Support contract documentation and coordination activities.
