About BLook

BLook is a hyperlocal advertising and space monetisation platform that connects physical spaces such as housing societies, cafés, offices, malls, gyms, clinics, schools, retail shops and other high-footfall locations with advertisers, brands and vendors.

BLookForce is our on-ground sales and expansion team responsible for identifying potential spaces, meeting space owners, onboarding them on BLook, and helping them understand how they can earn through advertising, branding, promotions and events.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader — Field Sales to manage a team of 5–10 field sales executives in Mumbai. The Team Leader will be responsible for daily field performance, team targets, CRM discipline, field training, route planning, meeting quality, onboarding quality and paid subscription closures.

This is a field-based leadership role. The candidate must be comfortable travelling daily, accompanying executives for field visits, correcting underperformance, verifying CRM entries and ensuring that the team completes daily targets.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of 5–10 field sales executives.

Ensure daily field meetings, free onboardings and paid subscription targets are achieved by the team.

Plan daily routes, areas, categories and field activities for the team.

Conduct morning briefings and evening reviews with executives.

Accompany executives on field visits for training, support and performance correction.

Train executives on BLook pitch, objection handling, CRM usage, meeting recording, photo quality and onboarding process.

Ensure every executive updates CRM properly with meeting details, GPS/location, photos, follow-ups and mandatory meeting recordings.

Verify meeting quality and ensure fake, duplicate, incomplete or poor-quality entries are not accepted.

Track daily attendance, punch-in, punch-out, route movement and productivity closure.

Identify non-performers early and escalate as per company process.

Personally intervene in weak territories, difficult conversations and important closures.

Support paid subscription closures and help the team convert space owners.

Ensure proper follow-up with societies, shops, cafés, gyms, clinics, offices and other space owners.

Check that executives meet the right decision-makers such as owners, managers, secretaries, committee members or authorised representatives.

Monitor daily dashboards, shortfalls, productivity defaults and performance reports.

Ensure the team follows company policies on payments, stakeholder communication, CRM discipline and field conduct.

Submit daily / weekly performance reports to the Sales Head / Management.


Daily Performance Expectations

The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that each executive completes the required daily productivity benchmarks.

Targets may be revised based on territory, category, campaign, market response and company policy.


Candidate Requirements

Graduate preferred. HSC / 12th pass may be considered if the candidate has strong field sales and team-handling experience.

Minimum 2–5 years of total sales experience.

At least 1 year of experience managing a field sales team of 5–10 executives.

Experience in B2B sales, merchant onboarding, real estate, advertising, subscription sales, fintech, telecom, insurance, edtech, logistics, security services or local business onboarding preferred.

Must be comfortable travelling daily across Mumbai.

Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using CRM / mobile apps, WhatsApp, Google Maps and basic Excel / Google Sheets.

Must be able to read and understand basic English instructions.

Hindi communication is mandatory. Marathi will be an added advantage.

Must be target-driven, disciplined, strict with reporting and able to manage pressure.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on field leader, not only an office coordinator. He should be able to go on the field with executives, identify why they are not performing, correct their pitch, speak to space owners directly and help close difficult cases.

The candidate should be strict with daily reporting, comfortable with performance tracking and willing to take ownership of the team’s numbers.


Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Travel / Mobile Allowance: Up to ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month

Performance Variable: Up to ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Total Earning Potential: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Compensation will depend on experience, previous team-handling exposure, communication skills and performance during interview.
