Job Description
Job Role Software: Technical Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software application issues.
· Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
· Log and track customer issues using ticketing systems.
· Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and escalations.
· Conduct product walkthroughs and client training sessions.
· Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain SLA compliance.
Required: Skills & Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, data validation).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
Understanding of software applications, databases, and troubleshooting methods.
· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
· Familiarity with ticketing tools or CRM systems.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
· Experience in software support, helpdesk, or application support role.
