Job Responsibilities:

Calling to customers and leads

Explaining basic product/service details and handling queries over call

Maintaining daily call records and updates in Excel sheets

Updating lead status and follow-up details regularly

Basic backend/data entry work for reporting and tracking

Work distribution: 70% calling and 30% backend support.
