Telesales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Call Centre Executive to connect with potential customers on leads generated by the marketing team and drive them to visit the clinic for their first consultation. The role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and a target-driven mindset.

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns (digital, social media, walk-ins, etc.)
• Engage with potential customers and explain services, consultation benefits, and offerings
• Build interest and convert leads into clinic visit appointments
• Schedule and confirm appointments for first consultation
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversion
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM
• Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth scheduling and customer experience
• Handle basic customer queries and objections effectively
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
