Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly creative, technically advanced, and AI-enabled Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can conceptualize, design, and execute high-impact visual content across digital platforms. This role is responsible for driving visual storytelling, brand communication, performance creatives, and campaign-based design outputs using AI-powered tools to enhance speed, quality, and innovation.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Execution

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality video and graphic content for social media, websites, paid ads, performance campaigns, reels, shorts, YouTube videos, brand films, motion graphics, and animations.
• Develop platform-specific creatives optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Display, OTT, and performance ads.
• Collaborate with content strategists, social media managers, and performance marketers to produce high-converting creatives.

AI-Driven Design & Editing

• Leverage AI tools for:
• Auto-editing
• Motion generation
• Smart resizing
• Automated captions
• Visual enhancement
• AI-based color grading
• Sound optimization
• Implement AI tools to reduce turnaround time, increase production scale, and maintain high creative quality.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design motion graphics, animated explainers, ad creatives, reels, typography animations, and brand videos.
• Create dynamic storytelling formats using AI-based motion tools.

Branding & Visual Identity

• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Maintain brand consistency, color harmony, typography alignment, and storytelling tone.

Performance Creative Optimization

• Develop creative variants for A/B testing.
• Continuously optimize creatives based on performance metrics such as CTR, engagement, conversions, and watch time.

Production Workflow Management

• Manage editing pipelines, creative timelines, project trackers, asset libraries, and version controls.
• Work closely with social and performance teams for rapid content delivery.
