Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Videographer who can shoot, edit, and publish engaging car videos for our YouTube channel and Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook). If you have a passion for cars, content creation, and storytelling through video — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot professional-quality videos of cars in the dealership lot — walkarounds, interiors, features, and test drives
- Operate gimbal, DSLR/mirrorless camera, and smartphone rigs for smooth, cinematic shots
- Edit videos using software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or filmora
- Add music, subtitles, transitions, color grading, and branding elements to all videos
- Upload and manage content on the Clinch Motors YouTube channel — including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
- Create and schedule Reels, Stories, and video posts for Instagram and Facebook
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to highlight the right cars at the right time
- Monitor basic video performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement)
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with gimbal operation (DJI or similar)
- Proficiency in at least one video editing software (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut Pro)
- Basic knowledge of YouTube channel management (uploads, SEO, thumbnails)
- Familiarity with Meta platforms — Instagram Reels and Facebook video posts
- Good eye for framing, lighting, and composition
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good to Have
- Experience shooting automotive or product videos
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop for thumbnails)
- Knowledge of trending Reels formats and audio
- Prior experience managing a YouTube or social media channel
