Accountant – Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain accounting records and books of accounts.

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.

Follow up on AR and AP

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Prepare and file GST returns and assist with tax-related matters.

Coordinate with auditors and support audits.

Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports.

Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts.

Assist management with financial analysis and MIS reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

2–5 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in payroll processing.
