need collection cnd 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage specialized delinquent portfolios and NDA compliance.
  • Negotiate and execute late-stage account closures and Write-off settlements.
  • Use skip-tracing techniques (Trace process) to track and locate uncontactable debtors.
  • Meet monthly recovery targets while maintaining highly accurate interaction logs.



📋 Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Banking/NBFC collections or debt recovery.
  • Skills: Hands-on knowledge of NDA, Write-offs, and Trace processes.
  • Attributes: Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal communication.
