Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented E-commerce Ads Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop (US, Canada, UK and India markets).
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising, campaign optimization, and marketplace growth strategies. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently manage deadlines during peak sales periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, ACOS, TACOS, and overall sales growth.
- Create and optimize e-commerce product listings and marketplace creatives.
- Plan and manage Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brand Ads, and Sponsored Video Ads campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for listings, creatives, and inventory planning.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
- Manage multiple campaigns while achieving business goals and performance targets.
- Utilize marketing and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Amazon Analytics, and general reporting tools.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce advertising and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong sense of ownership and execution capability.
